		The architecture is specific to the Transylvanian communities. They had a strong influence on the Romanians’ way of life. They have lived here since 1140. People’s homes are well sheltered by thick walls and wooden gates with vaults, having no visibility from outside.

Romos has the advantage to have consecrated touristic areas nearby: Geoagiu Spa, the Dacian Citadels in Orastiei Mountains, Aurel Vlaicu memorial in the locality named after him. The area also has its own touristic potential, interesting enough and original.

• the fishery is situated 5 km from the entrance in Romos, coming from European Road E79;   • the water surface measures 9 ha;   • carp can be fished ;   • there are housing possibilities for 14 persons;   • camping and barbeque.

A particularly elegant boarding house which really belongs to a Transylvanian Saxon priest: Andreas Fuss.

The boarding house has places for 10 persons, at a cost of 250.000 lei / person / night, no meal included, lunch hall for 50 persons, the kitchen, with all the utilities, it’s at the tourists disposal, traditional bowling alley * rustic terrace 20 places * carp pond.
